As the in-house graphic designer and brand consultant, I had the incredible opportunity to guide Embold Credit Union through their rebrand from Clackamas Credit Union, which launched in late 2021. Working alongside cross-functional teams, I developed and implemented a wide range of designs for both print and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent brand experience. I also played a key role in a new marketing automation system that boosted email open rates by 50% and helped close 162 new HELOC loans within six months. This was a rewarding partnership, and it was a privilege to help bring the new Embold brand to life.
